What We Do
How Home Care Services Help You Age in Place
The home environment is good for the client. It is a space they know, and it holds many memories for them. We can continue to feed the client familiar foods with individual attention to what they enjoy and with care for nutritional needs. As caretakers, we focus on the client in a way that is impossible for busy workers in an institution, giving them day-to-day appropriate care.

Home Care
We support the client based on daily needs. This includes organizing the home, light cleaning, laundry, shopping, picking up dry cleaning, making lists for needed products such as pampers, medications, personal care items, etc., and then ordering them online or picking them up. If the client can come for errands, the caretaker and the client would go together. If not, the caretaker would bill time for obtaining necessities.
Senior Care
We entertain clients according to their abilities and preferences. This could include reading to them, listening to music, dancing, playing games, doing FaceTime calls, or going to the library. We will walk inside or out with them or take them in their wheelchair. If the client has a physical therapist who trains us and gives us permission to do the exercises with the client, we can support that process. We can also support clients in setting up appointments and paying bills.
Personal Care
This includes bathing, giving sponge baths, washing and drying hair, feeding, dressing, and dispensing medications at the right time. We prevent the loss of mobility by encouraging clients to move and stay active. We can also coordinate with other care providers, such as podiatrists, hairdressers, and nurses who provide home care.
Intensive Care
We can provide intensive care in the home in conjunction with hospice. We can also stay with patients in the hospital to accompany them during the final days or weeks, especially in cases where the family cannot do so, or where the family needs support.
